In the afternoon of September 9, the 2nd Quality Excellence Forum was successfully held in Shenzhen, which was guided by Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation and sponsored by Shenzhen Performance Excellence Management Foundation and Shenzhen Quality Innovation Technology Alliance. The forum held an award ceremony for implementing the performance excellence model, and KTC won the 2020 Innovation Excellence Award for its outstanding innovation advantages.

It is understood that this forum, with the theme of "Exporting Best Practices, Empowering Excellence", brings together domestic famous management experts and advanced benchmarking enterprises to share the best practice results of performance excellence management and discuss the advanced cases and empirical modes of innovation and development. At the forum, the "Shenzhen Benchmarking Enterprise Best Practice Collection", which represents the development experience of 22 benchmarking enterprises in management and operation and innovation practices, was officially released.
